Dana 01.09.2013. godine, u 13.00 sati po lokalnom vremenu, 11.00 UTC , sa nogometnog igrališta NK "Bilogora", u Kapeli, članovi Radio kluba "Bilogora" iz Bjelovara, drugi put u Hrvatskoj, pustiti će slobodno leteći radioamaterski balon punjen helijem, PiHRAB-2.

Sama ideja projekta puštanja drugog hrvatskog radioamaterskog balona se razvila nakon vrlo uspješnog puštanja prvog hrvatskog radioamaterskog balona, PiHRAB-1.
U samom početku zamisli o puštanju drugog hrvatskog radioamaterskog balona u tim projekta se uključila nekolicina radioamatera iz Radio kluba koji su uložili svoje vrijeme, novac i opremu da bi projekt zaživio. Tim je u sastavu:

Poslije dužih priprema, u roku nekoliko mjeseci tim je uspio sakupiti svu potrebitu opremu (balon, padobran i ostalo), izraditi sve sklopove koji su potrebni (stabilizacija napona, vremenski sklopovi, APRS, prepravka radio uređaja i ostalo), kao i prateću opremu (antena, radar reflektor, baterije, kutije i ostalo) te na kraju i ishodovati sva dopuštenja od nadležnih tijela.
U sam projekt su se uključili i NK "Bilogora" iz Kapele, koji su izašli u susret i ustupili na korištenje prostore nogometnog igrališta NK "Bilogora", Kapela. Na sam dan puštanja drugog hrvatskog balona članovi nogometnog kluba će također pomoći u organizaciji i ostalim stvarima da bi projekt uspješno završio.

After a long preparation, within a few months the team has managed to collect all the necessary equipment (balloon, parachute, etc.), make all the circuits that are needed (voltage stabilization, timers, APRS, refit the radio, etc.), as well as associated equipment (antennas, radar reflector, batteries, boxes, etc.) and finally obtain all the permits from the competent authorities.

In the project we got involved and FC "Bilogora" from Kapela, near Bjelovar, who kindly give us a permits to use spaces of football field FC "Bilogora" from Kapela, near Bjelovar. Le 01.09.2013 a 13h00 heure locale, 11h00 GMT , sur un terrain de football FC "Bilogora" dans Kapela, pres de Bjelovar , les membres du Radio Club "Bilogora" Bjelovar , la deuxieme fois en Croatie, réaliseront le vol libre d'un ballon radioamateur a l'hélium, PiHRAB-2 .

L'idée du projet vient apres une réalisation tres réussie du premier ballon radioamateur croate, PiHRAB-1.

Au début, l'idée du lâcher du deuxieme ballon radioamateur croate , PiHRAB-2, a commencé a partir de quelques membres du club de radio amateur "Bilogora" de Bjelovar, qui ont investi leur temps, leur argent et du matériel pour faire que le projet prenne vie.

Apres une longue préparation, au bout de quelques mois, l'équipe a réussi a rassembler tout le matériel nécessaire (ballon, parachute, etc), fabriqué tous les circuits qui sont nécessaires (stabilisation de la tension, des temporisateurs, APRS, remonter la radio, etc) , ainsi que les équipements associés (antennes, réflecteur radar, piles, boîtes, etc) et enfin obtenir toutes les autorisations des autorités compétentes.

Dans le projet, nous sommes impliqués et FC "Bilogora" de Kapela, pres de Bjelovar, qui nous donnent avec bonté permet d'utiliser des espaces de terrain de football FC "Bilogora" de Kapela, pres de Bjelovar. Le jour du lâcher du deuxieme ballon croate, les membres du club de football vont également aider a l'organisation et d'autres choses qui rendront le projet accompli avec succes.

Podatci o projektu PiHRAB-2 nakon puštanja 01.09.2013. godine u 13.00 sati:
 

Poslije okupljanja na nogometnom igralištu NK "Bilogora" iz Kapele, točnije u lokatoru JN85KX, tim za puštanje balona je već oko 10 sati po lokalnom vremenu, 01.09.2013. godine, pristupio pripremama puštanja balona.
Poslije završenih priprema pristupilo se punjenju balona sa plinom helijem i balon je uspješno pušten u 13.00 po lokalnom vremenu.

Pošto su na dan 01.09.2013. godine atmosferske prilike na lokaciji puštanja balona bile izuzetno loše, čak i uz malo kratkotrajne kiše, samo puštanje balona smatramo izuzetno uspješnim.

Puštanje balona je popraćeno sa izuzetnim medijskim zanimanjem kao i sa posjetiteljima. Uživo se moglo gledati na monitorima karta sa točnom pozicijom balona, prijenos video slike te sa radio uređaja glas i APRS podatke koje je balon odašiljao na svom putu.
Posebno su bili zainteresirani mladi i djeca, te su pokazali spremnost i želju da se i oni bave ovim hobijem, a neki su odmah i izrazili želju za učlanjenje u klub.
U sam projekt su se aktivno uključili i kolege radioamateri iz drugih država pri praćenju i pomoći, tako da je ovo na kraju međunarodni projekt.

Ostatci balona, tj. teret koji je nosio, su uspješno pronađeni, točno na lokaciji koju je GPS uređaj poslao, od strane dvojice kolega iz Virovitice, koji su se odmah po slijetanju ostataka uputili u Mađarsku da bi pronašli ostatke balona.
